It is also expected to be accessible from the M-2 Motorway within roughly one hour via the Chakri Interchange.

Park View City Rawalpindi NOC & Approval Status

The official NOC (No Objection Certificate) status of Park View City Rawalpindi has not yet been announced because the project is still in the pre-launch stage. As of now, there is no publicly available approval letter from the relevant development authority. However, given the strong track record of Vision Group and the approved status of its previous projects, investors are optimistic that the project will pursue all required legal approvals before formal bookings begin.

If the project falls within Rawalpindi’s jurisdiction, the NOC will most likely be issued by the Rawalpindi Development Authority. If any part of the project lies within Islamabad’s limits, approvals may involve the Capital Development Authority.

Park View City’s earlier developments provide a useful benchmark. Park View City Islamabad received CDA approval under letter No. CDA/PLW/Zone-4(94)/12/Vol-I/168, and its NOC and layout plan were reinstated by the Supreme Court of Pakistan in October 2022 after legal proceedings.
